Common Questions

How much do balloons cost?

Our custom balloon decor pricing varies based on the type, complexity, length, and volume of the design.
Our garlands are generally priced at $35 per foot with a 12ft minimum.
Our starting cost for a garland, with installation & min. delivery is $445 + tax.

Can we pick up a Drop & Go Garland?

Yes. There are options for pickup or delivery.

How much is your installation fee?

When an installation fee is applicable to the design, it is generally a 30% added cost.
In the cost of a general organic garland design, the cost is already added in the $35 per foot.

How do you hang a garland?

Though there are many options, our most commonly used method are a variation of different command hooks.
It is important to know how to remove them without damage.

Why do my balloons turn matte?

This is a natural process of latex balloons called oxidation.
Your balloons will oxidize after being expanded and exposed to any heat, direct sunlight or other elements.
To minimize this process, have your balloon decor indoors, away from windows, direct sun or warm environments. Keep them in a cool and controlled environment.
The only magic we as stylists have is to use a balloon solution called High Shine or Balloon Glow (among a few others) that will rejuvinate your balloons and make them shine.These products should be used with caution as they can make certain surfaces very slippery.

Are your latex balloons biodegradable?

YES! Using only the highest grade natural latex balloons, these items will biodegrade over time (about as long as it takes a leaf to dry, crumble and wither).

PLEASE DO NOT
RELEASE HELIUM BALLOONS!!
These balloons are what ends up in our lakes, rivers and oceans and can have horrible consequences for the habitats and animals surrounding these areas!
